I led the design of the 2024–2026 Operational Plan, aligning it with Alberta Blue Cross’s recent brand refresh. This biennial document outlines the company’s strategic vision and growth initiatives, serving as a key reference for the Executive Team over a two-year period.
The challenge was to transform a traditionally dense, text-heavy report into a visually engaging, easy-to-navigate publication. My goal was to create a beautifully structured document that balances clarity with visual appeal—making it not only functional but something the leadership team would be happy to return to.
